This project took some serious out-of-the-box thinking. We took a tri-level townhome stuck in the 80s and updated it to capture sweeping city views along with a new bells-and-whistles kitchen for a family that loves to cook. Because the best views were on the top floor and the existing kitchen was on the lower floor, we flip-flopped the two spaces. We opened up walls and added custom glass railings to allow natural light and the stunning cityscape to shine. The custom kitchen includes a large pantry and plenty of hidden spaces with easy access for everyday appliances. We mixed custom whitewashed wood with high gloss white paint cabinets and added new wide plank wood flooring replacing tired beige carpet to complete the renovation.
